Hi Mako families,

Volunteer sign-ups are officially open for the upcoming swim season, and we’re excited to get everyone involved!

As a reminder, each family is responsible for earning a minimum of 2.5 volunteer points throughout the season. Here’s how the point system works:

Volunteer Points Breakdown:

🔹 Setup, Cleanup, or Parking Shifts = 0.5 points
🔹 Half-Meet Shifts = 0.5 points
🔹 Full-Meet Shifts = 1 point

✅ Meet Sign-Ups Are Now Open!

Sign-ups for all regular season meets are now available in SwimTopia. Be sure to grab your preferred positions early!

🧭 How to Sign Up in SwimTopia:

1. Log in at masseymakosharks.swimtopia.com
2. Click on "Meets & Events" in the top menu
3. Find the meet you want and click the green "Job Sign-Up" button
4. Select the individual you are signing up (Please make sure each person is registered separately in SwimTopia—this avoids any conflicts with overlapping roles)
5. Check the box for the job you'd like to do
6. Click “Save Assignments”

📝 Tip: SwimTopia works best on a computer or in desktop mode on mobile.

🗓️ Mock Meet – May 29th | 4:30–7:00 PM

Please sign up for the position you plan to do during the season so you can receive any necessary training. The mock meet is the perfect time to get familiar with your role before the regular meets begin!
