What Registration Fees Cover

Registration fees help cover the core costs of running our summer season, including:

• Practices and meet participation
• Coaching staff and insurance
• One team sponsors t-shirt per swimmer
• One team logo swim cap per registered swimmer

2026 Registration Fees

• Standard Registration: $150 per swimmer
  • Plus credit card processing fees at checkout
• Sibling Discount: 15% off each additional sibling
  • Applies to standard registration only

Late Registration

• Late Registration (after April 1): $170 per swimmer
  • No sibling discount applies to late registration

Additional Costs & Equipment Requirements

Team Swimsuit

• We are keeping the same team suit for 2026
• Returning swimmers may continue wearing their existing team suit
• New swimmers are strongly reccomended to purchase the team suit
• Swimmers who need a new size or replacement suit may order one

We will host a team suit fitting and place a bulk order to help keep costs down.
Our goal pricing:

• Boys suits: approximately $20
• Girls suits: approximately $25

Swim Caps

• A free team logo swim cap is included with registration
• We strongly recommend that swimmers also have a separate practice cap

Goggles

• Competition-style goggles are required for all swimmers

Practice Suits (Required)

Swimmers must wear an athletic, training-appropriate suit for practices:

• Boys: Jammers or Speedo-style suit
• Girls: One-piece athletic suit (no ruffles or decorations)

Refund Policy – 2026

The cost of running the season includes fixed expenses such as coaching, insurance, apparel, and equipment.

• Refunds are available through the end of the first full week of practice
  • Practices begin the first week of May
• Refunds will be issued minus credit card processing fees
• No refunds will be provided after the first full week of practices has been completed
• A “full week of practices” is determined based on calendar dates

Important Notes

• Refunds for swimsuits, personalized caps, and spirit wear cannot be processed by the swim team
