Hi Mako Sharks Families,

This is Coach Nick with everything you need to know for tomorrow’s big meet:

✅ Massey Arrival & Warm-up Times

• Morning Meet (10 & Under)
  Arrive on deck by: 7:15 AM
  Warm-ups: 7:50 AM in the warm pool, lanes 1-4 (pool farthest from the spectators)
  Meet Starts: 8:30 AM


• Afternoon Meet (11 & Over)
  Arrive on deck by: 11:45 AM
  Warm-ups: 12:20 PM in the warm pool, lanes 1-4
  Meet Starts: 1:30 PM

✅ Food Trucks (Afternoon Session)

• David’s Dawgs
• Sweets and Treats

(Note: Mister Greek will not be there.)

✅ Parking Details (Map Attached)

• Plenty of spots are available at the school — park only in designated spaces.
• Do not park in “No Parking” zones. Violators will be towed.
• A one-way traffic flow is encouraged: enter at the aquatic center, exit via the school.
• Parking lot attendants will be onsite to assist.

✅ Spectator & Deck Info

• Closed Deck Meet: Parents will not be allowed on deck. Spectators must stay in the stands.
• Bleacher seating will be available. No standing against the glass wall.
• Swimmers should bring chairs for seating on deck.
• A parent coordinator will be stationed at the front entrance of the pool. If you have an emergency and need to reach your child, they can help coordinate getting your child to you.
• There will be no hardcopy heat sheets for spectators. Please be sure you have the SwimTopia app on your device.
• Please keep walkways clear and respect officials and volunteers.
• Be patient and courteous; it’s a busy day for everyone.
